PencilKit ink type used as the initial canvasView.tool on iOS. Availability depends on the iOS version:

• All versions: pen, pencil, marker
• iOS 17+: adds monoline, fountainPen, watercolor, crayon. On older versions these fall back to pen.

Android always renders a single velocity-Bezier pen and ignores this.
